My spouse purchased shrimp lo mein. The noodles have been cooked just good and the seasoning was fantastic. But there was a single Strange point. It tasted like they velveted the shrimp. If shrimp is cooked correctly, you don't need to velvet them. bear in mind C is cooked O is overcooked. ? But I might eat there yet again thinking about it's hard
